The food was excellent and the staff were very generous and helpful. The hotel location was excellent and lovely in nature area. It was also just next door to the national park and ski slopes and the mountain with an amazing view.

The hotel had a great location for our new year ski trip, with easy access to the slopes and breathtaking views. the rooms were very clean and spacious, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast every morning. it was nice to have well-equipped kitchens in the apartments, which allowed us to prepare our meals.

The location was about a 30-minute drive from the city center, so it wasn't ideal for those who wanted to visit the city. we were disappointed to find out that some of the equipment in the play area for kids was broken.

Each apartment boasts a large bathroom and separate toilet, perfect for those with big families. the polite and helpful staff make check-in and check-out easy. Breakfast is filling and with many choices. Parking is a breeze with plenty of parking spots available right in front of the building.

Some of the upholstered furniture might need some renovations to boost its longevity.

The elevator was broken during our stay making it difficult to carry our bags to our room, and there were signs of wear and tear in some areas of the hotel. the hotel is quite isolated and out of the way, making it a long drive to popular sights and attractions.

We loved the stunning location of this hotel at the top of the mountain and among the picturesque forests. The views were breathtaking and definitely worth the winding drive up. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the huge apartments with fully-equipped kitchens, was impressive. We appreciated the free parking and the easy transportation to this hotel.
